Attorney at Law & General Civil Mediator
I was born in Baghdad, Iraq and immigrated to the U.S. as a Refugee with my parents when I was a child. I grew up in Oak Park, a small city in Michigan, attended Ferndale High School, and later obtained two Associate Degrees with Cum Laude Honors in Applied Science in Paralegal, and Liberal Arts from Oakland Community College; a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Highest Honors from Davenport University; and finally a Juris Doctor Degree with Cum Laude Honors from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is a member of the Michigan State Bar.
I am also a Certified General Civil Mediator, a dispute resolution service sought by parties who decide to resolve their differences in a private setting-most of the time to avoid court and extensive fees while reaching a binding agreement.
My passion is to help individuals find answers to their legal questions and reach the best results tailored to their specific case. It is important to me that my clients understand the development of their case every step of the way and partake in the results of their case.
